Over time, there would be a noticeable disconnect between the premium brand that was being sold & the simply functional customer experience that got them started on their path to success.

At a certain point, that customer experience stopped reflecting the polish & shine that the 5-star brand deserved.

It’s a dissonance that audiences pick up on, leading to leaky funnels.

Hi, I’m Stacy

I’m the Irish-accented customer journey strategist behind Workplace Lemonade.

For over a decade, I’ve been behind the scenes, fine-tuning well-oiled machines, making things more efficient, for various organizations, from medical schools to online course creators.
